Deeksha Khera
Deeksha is a leadership coach and facilitator with 20+ years of experience enabling leaders and organizations to thrive. An ICF-accredited Leadership Coach (ACC) and NLP Practitioner, she blends deep inquiry with clear, actionable strategies. She has led people-critical charters at Accenture, LinkedIn, Aon and Jombay, shaping talent, leadership and people development. At The Power Pivot, she designs and leads interventions on inclusive leadership, high-performing teams and building strong business leaders.
